Der originale The Grasshopper, der 1984 erstmals als 1/10 R/C-Bausatz erschien, kehrt nun zum 40-jährigen Jubiläum als The Grasshopper Jr. in der Racing Mini 4WD Serie auf dem VZ-Chassis zurück. Das schlanke, einsitzige Buggy-Design des Originals wurde übernommen und erscheint nun im Mini-Format mit einem klassischen Farbdesign in Weiß mit grünen und roten Linien – inspiriert vom bekannten Look des Originals.

VZ-Chassis

Das VZ-Chassis ist kompakt, leicht und besitzt verstärkte Bereiche wie den Stoßfänger und die Basis der hinteren Halterung, was es besonders robust und flexibel gegen Rennunfälle macht. Es lässt sich zudem leicht anpassen und individuell aufrüsten. Die reibungsarmen POM-Kunststofflager (620er) sorgen für effiziente Kraftübertragung. Sowohl das Chassis als auch die A-Teile bestehen aus widerstandsfähigem ABS-Kunststoff. Das Modell verfügt über ein Übersetzungsverhältnis von 3,5:1.
